The Sugar decoration Horror contains 8 edible sugar motifs made of sugar paste – 4 eyes in red and yellow, a spider, a skeleton, a brain and a bat. All motifs are ready to use, dimensionally stable and can be placed directly on cupcakes, cakes, brownies, cake pops and desserts, without modelling, without fondant, without any preparation effort. The motifs are richly detailed and available in sizes of approx. 2 to 6 cm – so each motif is suited to a different use, depending on the bake and the desired effect.

Carefully peel the motifs off the carrier paper – preferably with dry fingers or a small spreading palette, so that the fine details are preserved. On moist surfaces such as buttercream, frosting, ganache or cake icing, the motifs adhere without glue – simply lay them on and press gently. On dry fondant, cake or muffins, a small dab of edible glue or a drop of melted chocolate on the underside is sufficient – press down, wait briefly, done. The red and yellow eyes have the strongest effect on cupcakes – placed centrally on the frosting, they look back at you and instantly add a creepy accent. The spider makes a creepily good figure on cupcakes, brownies or cake pops. The skeleton and bat are especially suited to larger cakes – as a central motif or arranged together with the eyes into a small Halloween scene. The brain delivers the most gruesome accent – placed on a cupcake or brownie, it is guaranteed to get reactions. For dessert glasses or mousses, simply place on just before serving – and the Halloween dessert buffet is complete.

Store the sugar decorations dry, cool and protected from light. Moisture and direct sunlight affect the fine details and the shape of the motifs. Best to place the decoration only shortly before serving – this way the motifs look freshest on the table. Close opened packs well and store them in a dark place.
