Simply spray – and every Halloween creation transforms into a frighteningly authentic horror attraction. The spray is food-safe, a rich red, and calorie-free – it contains no calories, no fat, and no sugar, and has no effect whatsoever on the flavour of the baked goods. It is suitable for all common baked goods: on a white Fondant cake it creates the strongest contrast and the most realistic blood-splatter effect; on Halloween cupcakes with light icing or Buttercream topping it adds a dramatic accent; on biscuits and brownies it gives each piece its own individual spooky character. The spray can also be used effectively on Fondant figures, marzipan decorations, or wafer Edible decorations – simply spray briefly from a slightly greater distance and even small decorative elements receive the spooky blood effect that perfectly completes the overall look.

Before use, cover the work surface with baking paper and protect your clothing – the spray leaves red colour spatters that are difficult to remove. Shake the spray well so that the colouring is evenly distributed, then spray onto the surface from a distance of approx. 20–30 cm. Hold the spray slightly to the side rather than pointing it directly at the front of the cake – this produces the typical angled spatters that most closely resemble a real blood-splatter pattern. Use several short bursts rather than one long one, as this allows the intensity to be better controlled and creates an irregular, natural-looking pattern. Since the spray is water-based, it dries after application but does not harden completely. It dries most reliably on Fondant and icing; on Buttercream and Ganache the risk of smearing is higher, as the fatty surface slows drying. Therefore, always apply the spray shortly before serving, do not touch the sprayed surfaces afterwards, and transport the cake uncovered – do not cover it, as the colour may stick to the covering. Always use the spray as the final decoration step, after all other elements have already been placed.

After use, seal tightly, protect from direct sunlight, and do not store at temperatures above 50°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
