Description
FunCakes rolled fondant is easy to process due to its fine structure. In addition, the fondant is extremely flexible and supple. The fondant hardens only after processing. FunCakes rolled fondant is available in many different colors, this Mellow Yellow is ideal for creating cakes that allude, for example, to spring and its flowers, tulips, roses, chrysanthemums, etc., all in yellow tones or to prepare a beautiful baptism cake.
You can add up to 1 heaping teaspoon of Tylose per 250 g of fondant to create a decoration to your taste.
To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant. Before use, knead the fondant well and then roll it out on a thin layer of Crisco. For other diameters or shapes, please see our table below.
Ingredients: sugar 79%, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant (E422), thickener (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), colour (E102 E172), natural flavouring, preservative (E200), acid (E330). E102 : may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
