Fondant - earthy colours

Are you looking for new colours for your fondant creations?

Here is a sugarpaste kit with 5 small 100 g packages with earthy colours: earthy red, taupe, old pink, teal blue and mustard yellow.

You need about 500 g of sugar dough to completely cover a round cake 20 cm in diameter.

To make decorations, such as a knot for example, you can add one tablespoon of CMC powder for 250 g of sugar paste. Knead well before use and spread on a surface covered with a thin layer of cornstarch.
