The FunCakes flavouring has a delicious fruit flavour. Ideal to give a delicious flavour to your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and different fillings.
FunCakes flavourings can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, pineapple juice and pulp (25%), sugar, acidity regulator (E330), thickener(E440), flavouring colour E160, antioxydant E300.
May contain traces of : egg, milk and nuts .
Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
