Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without lye or rinse aid before use. Then dry and polish the figurine, touching only the edges. Use tempered couverture, avoid contact with water and brush the chocolate mold from the outside to the inside with colored cocoa butter or couverture as desired. Remove excess chocolate with the metal horn. Fill one half before folding both halves together and securing them with the fitted metal handles. Turn the mold in all directions for 2-3 minutes, cool for approx. 20 minutes and carefully loosen the figure with a spatula. The figure can then be decorated with fondant or sugar decorations as desired. The 3D Minou bunny chocolate mold is made of sturdy polycarbonate and can be used up to hundreds of times if used correctly.
