Make absolutely sure that no water gets into the chocolate. If desired, you can apply decorations from the outside to the inside using colored cocoa butter or colored couverture. Allow the decorations to soak in a little before continuing. Then smooth out the halves completely, avoid air bubbles and fill one half. Close the halves with the metal handles, turn the mold in all directions for 2-3 minutes, leave to cool for 20 minutes and carefully remove from the mold.
