With the 3D rooster chocolate mold, you can make two chocolate figures at once. The chocolate figures are perfect as an eye-catcher at Easter brunch or as an addition to the Easter basket. The chocolate mold is made of sturdy polycarbonate and can be used hundreds of times with the right care. After use, clean the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent only. After use, allow the chocolate mold to dry completely, do not touch it directly and polish it with non-fraying absorbent cotton. Use colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture to make up and work from the outside inwards. Then spread the mold evenly with couverture, fill one half, close the halves with the fitted metal handles, turn in all directions for 2-3 minutes and leave to cool for approx. 20 minutes. Then carefully remove from the mold and decorate with fondant or sugar decorations as desired.
