With this smooth mold, you can create a curious hen for the Easter nest in no time at all. Thanks to the lack of fine structures, the chocolate mold is particularly suitable for clean pouring and easy cleaning. Use: Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, dry and polish it and then do not touch the inside surface again. Work with tempered couverture; water must not get into the chocolate. For colored details, "make up" from the outside to the inside with colored cocoa butter or couverture - brushes, sponges or gloves are suitable for this. Ideal for projects with children and for evenly thinly molded figures: spread out the mold, put the halves together and secure with the clips provided, fill, tap against the edge, allow excess couverture to run out and cool briefly. Place the base on baking paper, chill again and carefully unmold. Use the chocolate mold to make the hen figure, which you can decorate as you wish and give as a gift.
