Matt Blue Chocolate Crispy Pearls
The FunCakes Crispy Chocolate pearls are crunchy Chocolate pearls with a cereal core, coated in white, milk, and dark chocolate. They are ideal as a decorative element and flavour accent for a wide variety of baked goods and desserts.
Properties & Application
Thanks to the crunchy cereal core, the Crispy Pearls retain their texture even on soft surfaces such as Ganache, creams, or ice cream. They are suitable as a scatter decoration on cupcakes, brownies, cakes, and desserts, as a cake border decoration, and embedded in cupcake swirls. The combination of three types of chocolate provides varied depth of flavour.

Storage
