Tulip cases and XL muffin cases made of sturdy paper give muffins and cupcakes a true bakery look. Tall and stable, the tulip muffin cases rise well above the batter thanks to their pleated, tulip-shaped edge, while the XL muffin cases hold generous muffins. Both are ideal for dessert tables, coffee breaks and selling at a bake sale.

Choose tulip cases in kraft, chocolate, white and pink in packs of 36, or with a newspaper print in packs of 24. The XL muffin cases come in packs of 60 in white, red, brown and black. Patterned or plain, you will find the right case for every occasion – and you can bake all year round without aluminium moulds.

Baking cupcakes without a tin – it works

No muffin tin but still keen to try? No problem: thanks to their firm paper, the cases hold the batter in shape so your cupcakes rise straight and nicely domed. They turn out even more evenly in a cupcake tin, which works with all of these cases.

  • Fill the cases only two-thirds full so the batter has room to rise.
  • Without a tin, place the sturdy cases close together on a baking tray so they support each other – for perfectly round, even cupcakes, however, the manufacturers recommend a muffin tin.
  • Kraft and newspaper print suit rustic recipes, while pink and white are lovely for birthdays and christenings.
  • To decorate, pipe ganache or crème enchantée on top and finish with a pretty cake topper.
