Candy melts, Deco Melts and cake icing are essentially the same thing: chocolate-flavoured melting wafers that set glossy and firm without tempering. Simply melt them in a bain-marie or the microwave and get started.
The colourful FunCakes Deco Melts in 14 colours are perfect for coating cake pops, making cakesicles, popsicles and drips, or dipping cookies and strawberries. The classic cake icing in dark, milk and white – also in a 1 kg bag – coats bundt cakes, loaf cakes, gingerbread and cookies in no time. Tip: thin icing that is too thick with a little coconut fat or cocoa butter, and use oil-based food colouring for strong colours.
