What sets the Edible paper crocuses apart

The blossoms are made of Edible paper based on corn starch and are edible, so they do not need to be removed when the cake is cut. Each crocus measures approx. 3.5 cm in diameter and comes with leaves that add depth and a natural effect to the arrangement. As the blossoms are already shaped, there is no need for the time-consuming modelling of Sugar flowers, and you still achieve a fine, even result.
