Colourless artificial vanilla natural extract
Give cakes a delicious vanilla flavour with the LorAnn Clear Vanilla Extract. This clear vanilla does not affect the colour of your brilliantly white icing or sugar glaze. It is also a more affordable alternative to pure vanilla natural extract.
Application in the bakery
The clear vanilla natural extract from LorAnn is suitable wherever a delicate vanilla flavour is desired but the colour of the mixture should remain unchanged: from Buttercream and Royal icing through to light sponges, cupcakes and icing. You dose it entirely to taste and stir it directly into batters, creams or icings, so that the flavour is distributed evenly.
What is the clear vanilla natural extract best suited for?
It is ideal for all light creations where a vanilla flavour is desired but the colour should remain flawlessly white or pastel. These include Royal icing, Buttercream, icing and light sponges, into which you stir the extract to taste.
