Nonpareils – derived from the French term for «without equal» – are small, round sugar balls approximately 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter. They give cakes, tortes and Pralines not only colourful decorative accents but also a pleasant crunch. The FunCakes nonpareils are available in various colours and sizes.
Properties & Application
The FunCakes nonpareils are suitable for tortes, cupcakes, biscuits and other baked goods. As sprinkle decoration they are applied to icing, Buttercream or Fondant and create colourful highlights. As a modelling element they can be used precisely for fine details such as flower centres, eyes or buttons made from Fondant or marzipan.
