What are nonpareils?
Nonpareils – derived from the French term for "without equal" – are small, round sugar balls approximately 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter. They lend cakes, tortes and Pralines not only colourful decorative accents but also a pleasant crunch. FunCakes nonpareils are available in various colours and sizes.
Properties & Application
FunCakes nonpareils are suitable for tortes, cupcakes, biscuits and other baked goods. As a Sprinkle decor, they are applied to icing, Buttercream or Fondant to create colourful, lustrous accents. As a modelling element, they can be used with precision for fine details such as flower centres, eyes or buttons made from Fondant or marzipan.
