Usage: 

• Pour the isomalt into a stable bowl
• Melt in the microwave at 700Watts or in a saucepan until 170°C.
• Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until it is completely melted
• place the bowl for about 10 seconds in a bowl containing a small amount of cold water
• once it is tempered, you can color it and use it as you wish
