For biscuits and as a decorative element on cakes, cupcakes or muffins. How is it used? Roll out the lightly floured dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the shapes and bake at 200 °C until golden brown; if the dough becomes soft or sticky, cool briefly and use cold butter for kneading dough. The shirt cutter is also ideal for fondant or marzipan if you want to cut out quick, uniform shirt motifs.
