This kit is composed by two elements: 1 perforated heart mold to make pie crusts and cookies and 1 silicone heart mold to make mousse and bavarois.
The ring is non-stick and stainless, it allows an homogenous baking and it is characterized by a high thermal stability.

Silicone mould:
Use: suitable for baking and freezing from - 60°C to + 230°C. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
