Marzipan - Natural 1:4
The FunCakes marzipan is a silky-soft, elastic marzipan with an intense almond flavour. It is suitable both for covering cakes and cupcakes and for modelling edible decorations such as flowers, figures and festive details. Available in 250 g.
Properties & Processing
Very smooth and elastic: easy to roll out and shape. Recommended rolling thickness: approx. 3 mm. Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar or Magic roll-out powder. Knead well before use until the marzipan is soft and pliable. Suitable for hobby bakers and semi-professional applications.
