Description
Do you want to color your marzipan, sugar paste, butter cream, whipped cream, ganache or cookie dough? Be careful: This gel is not suitable for coloring pure chocolate.
Opt for this set of highly concentrated gel dyes will give you beautiful pastel colours of sky blue, red, lime, pink, yellow, orange. Very little is needed to obtain a beautiful colour.
Ingredients:
- - Sky blue: humectant: E422, water, modified starch (tapioca), colours E133. Recommended dosage: 3g of colour for 1kg of decoration & cake (max. dosage 9g)
- - Red: humectant: E422, water, modified starch (tapioca), colours *E129, *E102, *E122. Recommended dosage: do not use more than 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration or 1g of colour per 1kg of cake
- - Lime: Humectant: E422, Water, Modified starch (tapioca), colours *E102, *E133. Recommended dosage:3g of colour per 1kg of decoration & cake (max. dosage 5g)
- - Pink: Humectant: E422, Water, modified starch (tapioca), Colour *E122. Recommended dosage: 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration & cake (max. dosage 7.5g) & max. 0.7g of colour per 1kg of cake.
- - Yellow: Humectant: E422, Water, modified starch (tapioca), Colourings *E102. Recommended dosage: 3g of colour for 1kg of cake decoration (max. dosage 7g) & max. 2.5g of colour per 1kg of cake.
- - Orange: Humectant: E422, Water, modified starch (tapioca), Colouring agents *E102, *E129. Recommended dosage: 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration & cake (max. dosage 4g) & max. 1.5g of colour per 1kg of cake.
