Thanks to the special oil-blend formula, the pigments are optimally distributed in sugar, eggs and butter, without any water-based ingredients. What is it suitable for? Especially for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, sugar masses, flower and gumpaste, modeling masses, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, icing, isomalt, piping gel and cake icing mixes. With the fat-soluble paste paint, 12 x 20 ml, you have 12 versatile shades immediately to hand. How to use it? Shake the bottle well, dose minimally (e.g. with the end of a cocktail stick or via the practical dosing cap) and allow the color to develop briefly - the intensity increases after mixing. A single drop is often enough for a strong shade. If necessary, you can also dilute the paste colors with alcohol; please note the longer drying time due to the oil content. The formula, which is produced using a special micro-milling process, delivers streak-free, vibrant results and is UV and fade-resistant and bake-proof. In contrast to classic gel colors, these colors use the fats in your baked goods for even distribution - ideal for chocolate applications. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Pigments vary in weight, so bottles may appear to be of different weights, but are always filled to the brim. The fat-soluble paste paint, 12 x 20 ml offers high color strength, so you need significantly less paint.
