Our strawberry puree 1 kg (frozen) is the ideal base to give your creations a natural, fruity-sweet strawberry note. With its intense aroma and the beautiful, bright color of sun-ripened strawberries, it can be used wonderfully in cakes, pralines, ice creams, mousses, smoothies, desserts, tarts, fruit toppings and many other delicacies. It adds a touch of summer freshness to any preparation - whatever the season. The puree consists of 90% deliciously fresh strawberries and is harmoniously rounded off with 10% of the finest cane sugar. The 1 kg pack is easy to portion so that you can always take out exactly the amount that your recipe requires. To protect the quality and aroma in both summer and winter, the strawberry puree is only shipped frozen. Please note that orders received on Friday can only be dispatched on Monday due to the continuous cold chain.
