It is important to note that these colourings are specifically designed for surface application and do not mix well with liquid preparations. To achieve the best results, sprinkle or apply the coloring directly to your finished desserts using a slightly damp brush.
Ingredients: safflower, lemon, colourings: brilliant blue FCF E133, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, carrier: alumino-potassium silicate E555.
May contain traces of egg, nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, sesame, mustard, sulphites.
Contains : 5 gr Lemon green glitter surface colouring
Use : for decorating confectionery and pastries. Maximum dosage: 1g/kg of preparation. Apply with a slightly damp brush.
Storage : store away from light, heat and moisture. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. No not get in eyes.
