With the Super Streusel Drip Cake Glaze, you can create clean drips and elegant gradients on cakes and sandwiched cakes in no time at all. How is it used? Place in the microwave without the lid for 30 seconds at 800 watts, then close again and knead well. Then heat for 20 seconds, knead again and repeat at 10-second intervals until the icing is completely liquid. Without a microwave: Place the bottle upright in a hot, non-boiling water bath for 10 minutes, knead thoroughly and heat for a further 5 minutes if necessary. Now apply the icing easily thanks to the narrow bottle opening and make the typical drip on the edge of the cake. What else is drip cake icing suitable for? For decorating with meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkles. Practical: Simply reseal leftovers with the integrated cap, store in a cool, dry place and reheat several times if necessary. Important: Do not heat above 50 °C, otherwise the glaze may burn and become gritty. Also, make sure that no water gets into the bottle - otherwise the glaze will clump.
