The ScrapCooking Bûche Form Royale enables the creation of Yule logs with an innovative, regal design. The set contains 2 reusable, semi-rigid moulds made from recycled APET plastic in the size L 29.5 cm x W 8 cm x H 7 cm, suitable for the refrigerator and freezer.

Use and Surface Finishing for Yule log
The mould is suitable for fillings in a variety of flavours: chocolate, fruit, Pistachio and vanilla. Three options are available for surface finishing: a hard chocolate icing for a crispy texture, a smooth chocolate coating for a classic look, or no icing, to present the sculptural shape of the dessert openly.
