How to use the topper

Whether at the family dinner on Christmas Eve, at a Christmas apéro, or at a cosy Advent coffee gathering: with Santa Claus, your dessert is festively decorated in just a few seconds — no modelling or piping bag required.

Santa Claus sits on a skewer, so you can simply insert him into your Christmas Bûche, a cake, or a dessert served in a glass. It is best to place the topper once the icing, Ganache, or Buttercream has set slightly, so that the skewer holds firmly and the figure stands upright.

On a Bûche, he looks particularly lovely at the end of the log, surrounded by a little icing sugar, Meringue mushrooms, or fir branches made from Fondant. At approximately 4 x 4.5 cm, he is compact enough for smaller desserts and cupcakes, yet still makes a clear focal point on a larger festive cake. You can use him on his own or combine him with other Christmas decorations.

Important: The topper is made of plastic and is not intended for consumption. Please remove it before cutting, so that no one accidentally bites into it while serving. This quick step is especially worthwhile when children are joining the celebration.
