Baking tin for croissant cylinders, Ø 6.5 cm

It produces cylindrical croissants with a crispy crust and creamy interior with a precise look. The croissant cylinder is made of stainless steel and ensures golden results thanks to even heat distribution. The closed design retains the aromas in the pastry, while the lid supplied ensures that the results retain their shape. Dimensions: side length 6 cm, volume approx. 80 ml batter. What is the mold suitable for? For creative croissant and croissant variations such as upright baked cylinder pastries with fillings and toppings. How is it used? Grease the tin (e.g. with baking release spray), roll out the Danish pastry dough into a rectangle, cut into strips approx. 4 cm wide, place in the tin and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 2 hours, covered with cling film. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan oven, close the tin with the lid and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove the lid, leave to cool completely, then fill with a Berliner piping tip (e.g. vanilla, chocolate, lemon, pistachio or caramel) and cover the filling hole with icing or a sweet drizzle. With the croissant cylinder, you can achieve precise, geometric results and create versatile pastries for brunch, coffee time or dessert buffets. Care instructions: Clean by hand, not in the dishwasher. A soft cloth and mild washing-up liquid are sufficient; soak the mold in warm soapy water if there are any stubborn residues. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive sponges and then dry thoroughly.
