Since 1919 – a Dutch family business with roots in Brabant
At Cakelicious, we stock the Brabantia range – a world-renowned brand for kitchen and household products, founded in 1919 in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It was there that great-grandfather Van Elderen produced his first milk cans and jugs. What began as a small operation grew over more than a century into a global brand – always guided by the same ambition: to create products worth keeping. Iconic design, intelligent and thoughtfully made, built for longevity. Brabantia.
Sustainability as conviction – B-Corp certified since 2023
Brabantia’s commitment to sustainability started before ‘recycling’ was even a thing – as early as the 1940s, condensed milk tins were repurposed as cups. Today Brabantia chooses responsible materials, designs for longevity and repairability, and has set the clear goal of being fully circular by 2035. Since March 2023 Brabantia proudly carries the B-Corp certification – evidence of the company’s positive impact on people and the planet.
Quality you can feel – 10-year guarantee and 20 years of spare parts
You can count on it: a guarantee of up to 10 years on all products, 20 years of available spare parts and over 100 years of experience. The Brabantia range includes storage containers, cookware, organisers and kitchen tools – all bearing Brabantia’s unmistakable commitment to design and durability. Products that make everyday life easier and inspire a more sustainable lifestyle.
