What you will find in our sale

The reduced items come from every part of our shop and change all the time. Depending on when you visit, you may find for example:

• Chocolate and couverture: white, ruby or dark couverture, chocolate shavings or chocolate decorations.
• Baking ingredients: flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, marzipan, flavourings or syrups.
• Cake decorations: drip, sugar pearls, sprinkles, cake lace, sugar decorations or wafer paper toppers.
• Colours and glazes: cake glaze, mirror glaze, coloured cocoa butter, airbrush colours or powder colours.

Tips for shopping the sale

Plan ahead: seasonal items such as Christmas sprinkles or Easter sugar decorations are often reduced just when nobody is thinking about them. Buy them at a good price and you are ready for next season. Everything else for the festive season is in our Christmas section. For cake toppers with children's motifs, it pays to think early about the next children's birthday. Basic ingredients such as ground almonds, marzipan or couverture are easy to plan too: check your recipes for the coming weeks and buy exactly what you will use soon. What should you look out for?

For foods such as chocolate, flour or cocoa powder, check the best-before date in the product description, especially if you are stocking up. Also check the pack size: large packs of 1 kg or more are ideal if you bake often, while a smaller pack may be enough for a single project. Store chocolate in a cool, dry place away from light and transfer flour into airtight containers. For decorations, also check the number of pieces and the size so they suit your cake.
