Thanks to these gel dyes, give a totally fun look to your macaroons, cupcakes, cookies/sponge cake, marzipan, fondant and more. Being super concentrated, do not overdo the quantity, one or two drops may be sufficient depending on the colour you want!

Warning: These dyes are not suitable for colouring pure chocolate. 

These dyes are totally stable on cooking, up to 200°C!

Ingredients: glycerol, propylene glycol, colourings : E124, E129, E122, E104, E153, E102, E133, emulsifier: E551. E124, E129, E122, E104, E102 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

Halal certified. Suitable for food use.

Maximum use dose: 

• Yellow: 6g/kg.
• Pink: 11g/kg.
• Red: 4g/kg.
• Bright green: 6g/kg.
• Baby blue: 11g/kg.
• Aqua: 10.5g/kg.
• Purple: 10g/kg.
• Black: the desired quantity.

Storage: 15°C-20°C, keep out of direct sunlight.
