Description
Do you need to roll out your sugar dough, marzipan or biscuit dough?
Thanks to these bars, it couldn't be easier - you'll be sure of an even thickness.
This item is often used to make our recipes, such as the chocolate dulcey tart.
To use: place the two dough bars of the desired thickness on both sides of the dough you wish to roll out (maximum width of the roll) and roll it out using your bars.
Dimensions: 1.5mm x 35cm (white) , 3mm x 35cm (red) and 5mm x 35cm (yellow).
