If you need to roll out your sugar dough, marzipan or cookie dough, with these bars, nothing is easier because you will be sure to have a homogeneous thickness.
Use: place the two dough bars of the desired thickness on both sides of the dough you wish to unwind (maximum width of the roll) and spread with your bars.
