For embossing on fondant, modeling paste, marzipan or modeling chocolate. The blue, transparent plastic, a fine center line and a small arrow on the back help with exact alignment; several stamps can be neatly lined up. The stamps are stored safely and clearly in a labeled box. Knead the chosen mixture well and, depending on the type, roll it out evenly on a little baker's thickness, not too thin. If you want to apply an inscription directly to a cake, cover it first with fondant, marzipan or a modeling chocolate-fondant mixture. To decorate, paint the indentations with a liquid food coloring that can be brushed on directly (not airbrush paint) or with powder paint mixed with alcohol. Apply the paint with a fine brush; if it is still too transparent, increase the amount of powder or apply a second coat.
