With the three-stage roller system, you can freshly produce flour, meal and flakes in the desired fineness. How is it used? Place the appliance on a level surface, secure it with the screw clamp and select the degree of grinding using the rotary control. You can use the Marga Mulino to crush or grind oats, barley, barley malt, spelt, buckwheat, durum wheat, kamut, millet, rice, emmer, quinoa as well as pepper or salt. Levels 1 to 4 are suitable for flakes; for very fine flour, the grains are processed at levels 1, 3 and 5 and then refined at level 6. You will find precise information on grains and degrees of fineness in the instructions. Do not fill the hopper completely so that nothing gets blocked. Start with the hand crank or optionally with the motor drive and, if necessary, run the grinder through again until the degree of fineness is right. What is this appliance suitable for? For fresh flakes for breakfast, meal for bread and flour for fine baked goods - according to your recipe. Be careful with oily seeds: Only mix such ingredients in small quantities with another grain to prevent the machine from sticking. A brush is sufficient for cleaning; the appliance must not be cleaned with water. For thorough maintenance, remove the parts, brush the rollers in particular and ensure that no motor is fitted when dismantling, reassembling and cleaning.
