Ingredients: sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, dextrose, pectin
Contains: 300g
Use: In a pot, warm 285g of water (to around 45°C). Pour in the mix in batches while whisking. Leave to simmer, stirring constantly. Then add 750g fruit pulp of your choice and whisk. Cover with cling film and chill completely in the fridge, then place in the freezer for 1.5 hours, whisking the mixture every 15 minutes. If you have an ice-cream maker, you can use it.
Storage: Store away from heat and moisture.
