A high-performance belt drive ensures quiet, even power transmission. Contactless sensors prevent the machine from starting if the bowl or tools are not positioned correctly. The maximum dough quantity depends on the dough yield (TA): TA <160: 0.3-2 kg, TA >160: 0.3-3 kg. The integrated timer can be set for up to 45 minutes.
