Häussler NOVA dough mixer, anthracite

The Häussler NOVA dough machine combines performance, precision and modern design. Weighing 18 kg, it is stable on the work surface and processes even hard or large quantities of dough effortlessly thanks to a powerful permanent magnet industrial motor. With 7 speed settings, digital control and touch display, kneading processes can be set precisely and up to 9 recipes can be saved. A high-performance belt drive ensures quiet, even power transmission. Contactless sensors prevent the machine from starting if the bowl or tools are not positioned correctly. The maximum dough quantity depends on the dough yield (TA): TA <160: 0.3-2 kg, TA >160: 0.3-3 kg. The integrated timer can be set for up to 45 minutes. High-quality tools such as dough hooks, mixing paddles and whisks are perfectly matched to the 5-liter bowl. The timeless design, available in white, silver, wine red, steel blue and anthracite, blends into any kitchen. The motor, mixing bowl, splash guard, dough hook, whisk, mixing paddle and cover are included as standard. Häussler NOVA, powerful, safe and stylish, developed by German technicians and master bakers, "Made in Germany".
