Fondant icing "Dip'n Drip", 375 g
FunCakes Dip 'n Drip is a ready-to-use Soft melting fondant icing on a sugar base – also known as Soft melting fondant – that gives baked goods a glossy, professional finish. Ready to use quickly and easy to work with.
Properties & Application
The icing is heated in a microwave-safe Bowl at 340 watts for approx. 1 minute to a maximum of 37°C – check regularly to ensure it does not overheat. Then dip cupcakes or Donuts, pour the icing over cakes, or coat Cream slices with it. Alternatively, it can be used with a Piping bag for decorative details. Once applied, the icing sets reliably and produces a glossy, clean surface.
Colouring & Quantity
FunCakes Dip 'n Drip can easily be coloured to any desired shade using Gel color. 375 g is sufficient for approx. 20–24 cupcakes or Donuts, 1 kg for approx. 60 pieces.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. If the icing has set, reheat briefly in the microwave (10–15 seconds) and stir well.
