Description
With this white glazing you can give your doughnuts, cupcakes, choux, eclairs, mille-feuilles and cakes a glossy coating that hardens. Simply melt the Dip'n Drip in the microwave and dip your doughnuts, cupcakes etc. in the glaze or pour it over your cake. The icing hardens slightly and is easy to colour in any shade you like. It can also be used to add relief to your decorations using a piping bag.
Preparation: Pour the icing fondant into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the icing at 340W max. in the microwave for about 1 minute. Colouring is possible.
1 kg fondant glaze is enough for approx. 60 cupcakes or donuts.
