Liquid fondant "Dip'n Drip", 1kg
FunCakes Dip 'n Drip is a ready-to-use Fondant icing on a sugar base – also known as Soft melting fondant – that gives baked goods a glossy, professional finish. Quick to prepare and easy to work with.
Properties & Application
The icing is heated in a microwave-safe Bowl at 340 watts for approx. 1 minute to a maximum of 37°C – check regularly to ensure it does not overheat. Then dip cupcakes or Donuts into it, pour the icing over cakes, or use it to coat Cream slices. Alternatively, it can be applied with a Piping bag for decorative details. Once applied, the icing sets reliably and produces a glossy, clean surface.
Colouring & Quantity
FunCakes Dip 'n Drip can easily be coloured with Gel color to any desired shade. 375 g is sufficient for approx. 20–24 cupcakes or Donuts, 1 kg for approx. 60 pieces.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. If the icing sets, reheat briefly in the microwave (10–15 seconds) and stir well.
