Fondant, Massa Ticino and modelling chocolate are also ideal. For sugar paste, dust the work surface lightly with baking starch or work on a silicone mat. Roll out the mixture thinly and cut out the shapes with light pressure. Then press the ejector once to indent the center and then carefully remove the snowflake. You can use an airbrush to create elegant colour gradients and powder to create a frosty sheen.
