This folding proofer combines a proofing box and slow cooker in one compact design and creates ideal conditions for dough and fermentation thanks to precise temperature control and adjustable humidity. What is the appliance suitable for? For bread and sourdough, croissants and croissants, panettone and Easter doves as well as for homemade yogurt or kefir. How is it used? Set the temperature according to the recipe - precisely between 21 and 37 °C, up to 49 °C in regular mode, up to 90 °C in slow cooker mode - and increase the humidity with the supplied water tray if necessary; 60 to 80 % is ideal. Leave the bowl out for yogurt or kefir. The Proofer for offers enough space for several loaves of bread, masters long proofing processes such as panettone evenly and, as a further development, is particularly temperature-accurate. After use, it can be folded up and stowed away to save space; the grid and water tray are removable and dishwasher-safe - for quick and easy cleaning.
