Large, flexible dough scraper

Effortlessly transfer airy doughs, creams and fillings from the bowl to the work surface, baking tray or directly into the piping bag. What is it suitable for? For bread dough, cake batter and soft fillings such as buttercream, cake and praline fillings. The large, flexible piping tip is stable for cutting and at the same time so flexible that it adapts perfectly to the curve of the bowl. How is it used? Hold the bowl at a slight angle, scrape out the dough, shape it on the floured surface and place it on the baking tray or in a proofing basket using the scraper. The flattened edge can be used to portion small pieces of dough; creams can be spread evenly on the cake base or filled neatly into piping bags. If there is only a little mixture left in the bag, push the rest down with the reverse side. The large, flexible piping bag is heat-resistant up to approx. 100°C and can simply be put in the dishwasher after use.
