The Gross metal horn efficiently collects couverture so that no residue remains on the plate and your hollow figures turn out evenly. How do you use it? After pouring, tap the mold, remove excess couverture and clean the edges; when tabléing, repeatedly gather the mass in the middle until the desired consistency is achieved. You can also use the large metal horn to smooth the sides and surface of the buttercream by guiding the horn vertically or horizontally and turning the cake plate evenly. It can also be used as a dough cutter for bread, biscuits, cakes or pizza and is particularly suitable for cutting dough thanks to its sturdy blade
