The small dough scraper in timeless ivory is the classic everyday helper for bakers. The combination of a sturdy edge and slightly flexible opposite side makes it a versatile tool. The straight, sturdy side allows you to cut pieces of dough precisely. This works for bread roll dough pieces, portions for biscuits, pasta dough or yeast dough balls. The slightly flexible, opposite side, on the other hand, adapts to the curves of bowls and helps to scrape out dough, creams and fillings thoroughly. The scraper is also very useful when transferring to piping bags. Hold the folded bag with your weaker hand and use your stronger hand to scrape the mixture and pipe it into the bag. If you run out of filling, lay the bag flat and use the back of the scraper to push the mixture towards the spout. The scraper is heat-resistant up to around 100 °C and is therefore also suitable for hot masses. Whether chocolate coating, syrup or patissière cream, the temperature does not affect it. The scraper is dishwasher-safe, but can also be easily cleaned under hot water. The ivory-colored design is discreet and fits into any kitchen drawer, a baker's classic that no bakery should be without.
