Effortlessly transfer airy dough from the bowl to the work surface and onto the baking tray - stable, flexible and easy to use. What is it suitable for? For bread dough, cake batter, buttercream or a praline filling: everything can be scraped out, portioned and transferred cleanly. The large dough scraper is sturdy enough to scrape off pieces of dough and flexible enough to adapt to the curve of the bowl. How is it used? Hold the piping bag folded over at the top with the weaker hand, cut off a portion with the stronger hand and fill it in directly; finally, use the back to push the rest of the mixture downwards. After baking, the Gross pastry scraper can easily be put in the dishwasher; it is also heat-resistant up to around 100°C and is therefore also suitable for warm batters.
