The set allows you to create even shapes for different types of dough. The cut-out leaves are perfect for dough, fondant and marzipan. Before using, dust your work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutters with flour before cutting out the motifs. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and place the shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together. As soon as you notice that the dough is getting too sticky or too warm, put it in the fridge for a few minutes. After use, place the cookie cutters in water. Then clean them by hand and dry them thoroughly.
