Decorate cakes, cupcakes and chocolate molds precisely and cleanly with these pre-rolled piping cornets. What is it suitable for? For fine lettering, lines and delicate decorations with tempered couverture, egg white icing or buttercream. It can also be used to seal chocolates. How is it used? Fill the cornet, fold the top corners inwards and press out the air; place your thumb on the rolled-up area, then cut off the tip according to the desired line width. The rolled cornet is ready for immediate use and enables controlled dispensing without much effort. Draw directly onto cakes and cupcakes or pipe small patterns and letters onto baking paper for later use. Fine details can also be created when making up chocolate moulds: start with dark couverture for pupils, then use contrasting colors such as white couverture and allow each layer to dry briefly; turn the mould over in between to check the result. With the finished rolled cornets, you can create elegant decorations in no time at all, from flower centers to fine border ornaments, provided that all materials are clean, dry and grease-free.
