This sturdy yet flexible kitchen helper transfers airy doughs and creamy mixtures from the bowl to the work surface and then onto the tray. What is it suitable for? For bread dough, cake batter and fillings such as buttercream or praline mixes, which you can easily scrape out, portion and spread. The large, ivory-colored dough scraper is sturdy enough to scrape out small pieces of dough and adapts to the roundness of the bowl thanks to its flexible edge. How is it used? Hold the piping bag folded over at the top in your weaker hand, load the mixture onto the scraper with your stronger hand and pour it into the bag; spread the remaining amount with the back of the bag facing downwards. The scraper also helps when shaping on a floured work surface to place the dough securely on the baking tray or in the proofing basket. After use, the large, ivory-colored dough scraper simply goes into the dishwasher and is heat-resistant up to around 100°C, so it also works reliably with warm doughs.
