This cream is made in Italy according to an artisan recipe and brings fresh citrus notes to your patisserie. What is it suitable for? For pralines, cakes and other creations such as éclairs or macarons; it can also be used to refine cake fillings, ice cream, mousse, buttercream, vanilla cream and ganache. If you want a more intense taste experience, use it on its own - even as a spread.how is it used? For quickly made chocolates, fill the mixture into a piping bag, cut off the tip and pipe directly into hollow balls or shells. Then seal with tempered couverture and decorate with sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles or Hüppen flakes as desired. You can also use the lemon cream to enhance éclairs, macarons or cakes: add some of the filling to your cream, or mix a vanilla, yoghurt or quark mixture with lightly whipped cream and spread it on biscuit bases. It is also suitable as a topping for cupcakes and muffins. For a fine lemon ice cream, mix a base mixture with a little cream and then freeze it. The lemon cream is ready to use straight away, making it a practical ingredient for your chocolate creations, especially for pralines, patisserie, cakes or desserts.
