For quickly made pralines, as a pure cake filling or as a topping, as well as for refining creams, ice cream, mousse, buttercream, ganaches and vanilla cream. How is it used? Pour the mixture into a piping or decorating bag, fill hollow praline balls or shells, seal with tempered couverture and decorate as desired with sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles or Hüppen flakes. For éclairs, macarons or cakes, mix a small amount into your cream, or use it pure for a more intense flavor. It is also a pleasant option as a spread.
